[ hyper-v ] not a valid IP configuration

We switch from `External` hyper V to `Internal V` and after that we restart network in Visual machine.

MS throws error `Not a valid IP configuration`.

This happened because I use DHCP. However, Internal V does not have DHCP server.

Solution is fix IP in the Visual to be the same way like hyper-v IP in the real machine.

That’s it.

NOTE

We could not remote desktop to the Visual machine if we use `External` hyper-v network, and have our lan cable unplugged.

If we don’t use lan cable, we have to use `Internal` hyper-v network, and fix IP correctly.
